Senior Living & Healthcare (Skilled Nursing / Assisted Living / Independent Living) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a premier, full-continuum senior living community on Chicago's North Side. This is a confidential search for an established campus known for its deep community roots, strong clinical reputation, and commitment to a "human-first" culture. As the Executive Director, you will serve as the chief leader of the campus, overseeing all operational, clinical, financial, and regulatory functions. You will lead a dedicated department head team, champion quality-of-care initiatives, and foster an environment where both seniors and staff thrive.Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership:
Direct the day-to-day operations of a multi-level senior living campus (Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living).Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure total compliance with IDPH, CMS, and federal regulations, maintaining a constant state of survey readiness.Financial Stewardship:
Manage the community budget, drive census growth, optimize revenue cycles, and oversee capital expenditures.Culture & Retention:
Foster a supportive, transparent, and collaborative workplace culture that promotes staff retention, clinical excellence, and high morale.Community Engagement:
Act as the primary ambassador for the community, building strong relationships with residents, families, local healthcare networks, and regulatory bodies.Qualifications & Requirements License:
Current, unencumbered Illinois Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license is strictly required.Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of successful experience as an Administrator/Executive Director in a multi-level senior living or skilled nursing environment.Track Record:
Proven success in state surveys, fiscal management, and building high-performing teams.Leadership Style:
