Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Responsibilities:

As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for the facility while maintaining a strong focus on resident care and team development.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing all day-to-day facility operations, including clinical, financial, and administrative functions Leading and supporting department heads and interdisciplinary teams Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Promoting high standards of resident care, safety, and quality outcomes Managing facility budgets, operational performance, and census development Building positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, and community partners Supporting employee engagement, retention, and professional development Creating and maintaining a positive, collaborative workplace culture Ensuring the facility operates efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards of care

Requirements:

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Qualifications:

Current and valid Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the State of Illinois Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to effectively manage multiple departments and priorities Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-focused approach Commitment to excellence in long-term care and resident satisfaction #IND123
