Job Description
Lacon RehabNursing is hiring a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility. This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced administrator who can drive results, lead teams, and maintain strong clinical and operational performance. If you're a hands-on leader who takes ownership, improves outcomes, and holds teams accountable-we want to speak with you.
Responsibilities:
Lead all facility operations (clinical, financial, administrative) Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness Drive census growth, quality outcomes, and staff performance Build, mentor, and manage department leadership Maintain a strong culture focused on resident care and accountabilityRequirements:
Active LNHA license (required) Proven leadership experience in a SNF/long-term care setting (required) Strong track record with operations, surveys, and team managementCompensation:
$100,000- $110,000/year (based on experiencecensus) Up to $10,000 annual bonus (survey-based) Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k),
