Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Allure of the Quad Cities | Moline, Illinois Allure of the Quad Cities 833 16th Avenue Moline, IL 61265 Join a Leader in Post-Acute Care Allure of the Quad Cities is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility. This executive leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving clinical excellence, enhancing resident satisfaction, and cultivating a positive culture for residents, families, and employees. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record in long-term care operations, employee engagement, census development, financial performance, and survey readiness. Responsibilities Operational Leadership Direct and oversee all daily operations of the facility. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Lead strategic planning initiatives focused on growth, quality outcomes, and resident satisfaction. Monitor key performance indicators including census, staffing, quality measures, and financial performance. Maintain facility licensure and regulatory compliance requirements. Clinical & Quality Oversight Partner with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional resident care. Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives. Monitor quality measures and implement improvement plans as needed. Ensure survey readiness and successful management of regulatory inspections. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Financial Management Develop, manage, and maintain facility operating budgets. Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Monitor labor management, purchasing, and expense control initiatives. Drive census growth through community outreach and referral development. Leadership & Team Development Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing department leaders. Foster employee engagement and positive workplace culture. Conduct performance evaluations and leadership coaching. Promote staff development and succession planning. Lead by example through professionalism, integrity, and accountability. Community & Resident Relations Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, hospitals, referral sources, and community organizations. Serve as the facility's primary representative in the community. Ensure resident-centered care remains the focus of all operational decisions. Qualifications Required Current Illinois Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in good standing. Minimum two (2) years of long-term care leadership experience. Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, IDPH regulations, and CMS requirements. Experience managing budgets, staffing, quality measures, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field. Experience successfully leading facilities through state surveys. Proven history of improving quality outcomes, census growth, and employee retention. Multi-facility or turnaround experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$120,000 - $140,000 annually
