Nursing Home Administrator - LNHA

Our team is seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing community in the Mount Vernon, Illinois area. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with proven experience who is passionate about quality care, team development, and operational excellence. What You'll Do:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring exceptional resident care and regulatory compliance Lead, mentor, and support department managers and staff to promote a positive workplace culture Manage budgets and financial performance while identifying opportunities for growth and improvement Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations impacting Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care Champion initiatives that enhance resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall performance

What We're Looking For:

Active Illinois LNHA license (required) LTC/SNF leadership experience required 3+ years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey readiness Proven ability to build teams, manage operations, and drive results Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
