Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance Implement federal, state, and local regulations Lead and support department heads to maintain a collaborative work environment Uphold company standards for safety, cleanliness, and resident experience Ensure timely and accurate completion of required documentation

Compensation:

$90,000-$95,000 annually (based on experience and census) Growth potential up to $100,000 Up to $10,000 in annual survey-related bonus opportunities

Qualifications:
