Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead our Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Fort Wayne, Indiana. If you're a dynamic, results-driven leader with a passion for exceptional resident care across multiple levels of service, we want to hear from you! About the Role As the NHA of a CCRC, you will oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining the highest standards of resident care across skilled nursing, assisted living, and other care environments. You will provide strategic leadership in staff development, financial oversight, quality assurance, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all business-related and clinical support functions of the CCRC Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory standards Oversee annual surveys and maintain continuous readiness Manage budgeting, fiscal planning, and cost-control initiatives Collaborate with physicians, nursing leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to support effective care Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive community environment for residents and staff Develop, implement, and enforce facility-wide policies and procedures Requirements Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) in good standing Minimum 2 years of experience as an NHA in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a CCRC setting Why Join Us?
