Full-Time We are seeking a Waiver Home Manager to support individuals with disabilities in residential settings. This role ensures safe, well-managed homes and promotes community integration.Key Responsibilities:
- Train and schedule staff
- Cover open shifts and respond to on-call needs
- Support medical appointments and family visits
- Coordinate activities and maintain supplies
- Monitor emergency drills and update kits
- Submit monthly reports and track medical data
- Maintain compliance with agency policies
- Ensure participant rights are upheld
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
