This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader to join a stable community supported by an engaged team and strong organizational resources. The Executive Director will be responsible for ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, employee engagement, and overall community success. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction for all community operations Foster a culture focused on resident satisfaction and quality care Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing team members Manage budgets, financial performance, and occupancy goals Partner with department leaders to achieve operational excellence Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community stakeholders Drive employee engagement, accountability, and professional development Qualifications Current Kansas Adult Care Home Operator license or Nursing Home Administrator (NHA/LNHA) license required Leadership experience within senior living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or long-term care Demonstrated success managing community operations, staffing, and regulatory compliance Strong financial acumen and budget management experience Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills Preferred Qualifications Multi-department operational leadership experience Proven record of improving resident satisfaction and team retention Experience leading through surveys and regulatory inspections What We Offer Competitive base salary of $90,000-$95,000 Performance-based bonus opportunity Established team and supportive organizational structure Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents, families, and staff Professional growth and leadership development opportunities
