Job Description
Resource Center for Independent Living, Inc. (RCIL) is seeking to hire four full-time Independent Living Specialists to work from our newly expanded Topeka office. Empower individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals though goal development, peer group facilitation, etc. Plus perform community outreach and collaborate with like organizations. The Independent Living Specialist is responsible for advocating and delivering the core services of independent living including independent living skills training, peer counseling, information and referral services, individual and systems advocacy, and youth transition / deinstitutionalization.
