The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator will maintain quality care, service, and culture that is in line with state, and federal regulatory standards. Additionally, this person must be excellent at setting an example in all areas, including but not limited to; leadership, communication, and following policy and procedure.
  • Must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college, and be currently licensed in Kansas without encumbrance, be responsible for maintaining professional licensure and CEU requirements
  • Must be well-versed in Federal Regulations, State Operations Manual, and Kansas Department on Aging Regulations, and ensures that all policies, procedures, and facilitate practices following those regulations
  • Must be technically oriented, detail oriented and proficient in the use of computers and electronic health record systems
