We are seeking an experienced LPN leader to support our wellness operations while overseeing our Memory Care neighborhood with a strong focus on resident-centered care and team leadership. What You'll Do In this dual leadership role, you will support the overall clinical operations of the community while directly managing the Memory Care program and team. Support daily wellness operations alongside the Wellness Director Provide guidance, leadership, and support to caregivers, med techs, and nursing staff Oversee Memory Care services and ensure residents receive individualized, compassionate care Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and ongoing clinical updates Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately with sound clinical judgment Build positive relationships with residents and families while serving as a trusted point of contact Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and team accountability Ensure compliance with state regulations, documentation standards, and survey readiness Partner with other department leaders to create a positive resident experience throughout the community What We're Looking For Active Kentucky LPN license Previous experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong understanding of dementia care and resident-focused service Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills A hands-on leadership style with the ability to support the team as needed Apply Today If you are looking for a rewarding leadership opportunity where you can truly make a difference in the lives of seniors, we encourage you to apply.
