Assistant Nursing Home Administrator Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at Advocate Healthcare of East Boston in Boston, Massachusetts. Responsibilities:
Assist the Nursing Home Administrator in overseeing the daily operations of the facility, including staff management, resident care, and compliance with regulatory requirements Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident Ensure that all staff members receive adequate training and support to provide high-quality care Foster a positive and respectful work environment that promotes open communication and collaboration Monitor and analyze quality metrics and resident outcomes to identify areas for improvement Participate in quality improvement initiatives and recommend changes to policies and procedures as needed Collaborate with community partners to develop and implement outreach programs and services that support the health and well-being of our residents
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 0 years of experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting (or equivalent experience) Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with staff, residents, and families Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed
