Charter Senior Living of Dartmouth is seeking a proven Executive Director to lead community operations, drive occupancy, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional resident and family experiences. This is a high-impact leadership role for a senior living operator who understands how to balance: Occupancy growth Financial performance Team accountability Resident satisfaction Regulatory compliance Community culture We're looking for more than an administrator—we're looking for a leader who can inspire teams, build trust with families, and drive operational excellence every day. What You'll Own Full operational leadership of the community Occupancy growth and census management Revenue, budget, and expense performance Resident and family satisfaction Team leadership, hiring, coaching, and accountability Regulatory compliance and survey readiness Sales support and move-in conversion partnership Community reputation and local relationship development Oversight of all department leaders and daily operations What We're Looking For Previous experience as an Executive Director in Assisted Living or Senior Living Proven success in: Occupancy growth Financial management Team leadership Operational performance Strong communication and leadership presence Ability to lead with urgency, accountability, and compassion Experience driving both culture and business performance simultaneously Experience with community lease-up, stabilization, or turnaround efforts preferred The Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Leads from the front and holds teams accountable Understands both the operational and sales side of senior living Can build strong department leaders and improve retention Is highly organized, proactive, and solutions-focused Knows how to create urgency without sacrificing culture or resident care Compensation & Benefits $120,000-$130,000/year Performance-based bonus potential Education reimbursement opportunities Get paid early with ZayZoon Free medical insurance option Medical, dental, vision coverage PTO + holiday pay Career growth opportunities within Charter Senior Living Why Charter Senior Living Our mission: To Enhance the Human Spirit —for residents, families, and employees alike.
