Rest Home Manager Crescent Manor Rest Home Grafton, MA Job Details Full-time $62,000 - $65,000 a year 22 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Care facility emergency preparedness Staff scheduling Care facility maintenance management Care facility infection control Care facility supply management Full Job Description Position Summary We are a 58 bed rest home that is immediately seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Rest Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of a licensed Level IV Rest Home. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is committed to providing quality resident care. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the rest home. Supervise, train, schedule, and support staff. Ensure compliance with Massachusetts DPH regulations and company policies. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents. Coordinate admissions, resident services, and care planning. Manage staffing, scheduling, hiring, and employee performance. Complete required documentation, incident reports, and regulatory records. Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and community agencies. Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to urgent issues as needed. Qualifications Management or supervisory experience in healthcare, assisted living, rest homes, or long-term care preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work independently. Knowledge of Massachusetts DPH regulations is preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate.
