Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility, including clinical, administrative, and financial functions Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Lead and support department heads to maintain high standards of care and service Drive census growth and maintain strong community relationships Manage budgets, staffing, and overall facility performance Foster a positive, team-oriented culture for staff and residents

Qualifications:

Active Nursing Home Administrator license in Massachusetts (required) Proven experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing facility Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance Demonstrated ability to improve quality measures and operational performance
