Job Description

The Landing at Laurel Lake is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our assisted living community. The ideal candidate will oversee the assisted living operations on our campus, ensuring high-quality care for our residents while maintaining a supportive and engaging environment.
Responsibilities:
Proven experience in operations management within a senior living or healthcare setting Leader is responsible for associate relations, resident and resident family engagement and connection, financial performance, and regulatory compliance Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams Supports a community culture that provides a high-quality resident experience Experience in developing and supervising care plans tailored to individual needs Financial acumen to manage budgets effectively Provides strategy, support and vision to achieve sales and occupancy goals through effective business development efforts in the market Maintains applicable licenses in accordance with Company, Federal, State and local requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or a related field 3-5 years of operational leadership experience, preferred 3-5 years of sales & marketing in a related industry, preferred This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents while leading a dedicated team towards excellence in senior living care.
