RESPONSIBILITIES
Including, but not limited to: Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility and keep the organization on track for its long-term goals and mission. Coordinate and provide leadership to each clinical, managerial, and custodial team, and ensure that they work together effectively. Hire (and terminate) staff and employees at every level. Ensure the facility operates in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure residents individual care plans are being followed. Provide regular safety and compliance training. Create and maintain a budget. Oversee billing and set fees. Act as the face of the organization to the governing board, the public, and resident's families; and as a liaison between staff, residents, and families. Experience in a managerial role. LNHA. Strong leadership qualities. Strong organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Knowledge of state and federal regulations. Previous clinical leadership experience. Experience with geriatric psychiatric population. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care. Participate in case management activities to ensure continuity of care. Provide support in specialized areas such as PT, OT, SUD, Pain Management, etc.
SKILLS LNHA
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator 2 year's experience in Long Term Care Leadership experience
EMR:
PCC (Point Click Care) Proficiency in memory care techniques and protocols. Knowledge of MDS (Minimum Data Set) assessments for long-term care facilities. Familiarity with operations in Skilled Nursing, Sub-Acute, and Dementia Units. Strong background in case management practices. Ability to work effectively in a medical office environment. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
