Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing facility in West Springfield, Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee management and day-to-day operations of the facility
• Fiscal management through census development, cost controls, and stringent receivable collection
• Participate in marketing activities while co-developing and implementing a marketing plan that achieves the financial goals and maintains high occupancy and premium case-mix through marketing strategies
• Provide a positive work environment for staff
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff

Requirements:

• Experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility
• Administrator's license in the state of Massachusetts is required
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
