Nursing Home Administrator Columbia, Maryland A beautiful non-profit Life Plan Community in Columbia, Maryland is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead the operations of its skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living services. Position Summary The Nursing Home Administrator will be responsible for the overall occupancy, operations, financial performance, and regulatory compliance of the skilled nursing/long-term care and assisted living communities on campus. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a strong operational background, financial expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional resident care and customer service.
