Licensed ALF Administrator Farmingdale, ME 04344 From $110,000 a year - Full-time From $110,000 a year - Full-time Kennebec Assisted Living / Licensed ALF Administrator / Farmingdale, Maine Kennebec Assisted Living and Respite Facility, a division of Brown House Properties , is an established and reputable provider in the community of Assisted Living Facilities. We have a unique opportunity available for a Licensed ALF Administrator in Farmingdale, Maine. The Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the small Assisted Living Facility with a primary focus on marketing/admissions, community engagement, managing budgets, staffing, and ensuring the highest quality care. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the state regulations for residential care facilities.
Qualifications:
Licensed Administrator in the state of Maine Demonstrated ability to manage and operate a residential care facility Proven ability to grow census/admissions and build relationships within the healthcare community Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks Knowledge of regulations governing level IV residential care facilities Effectively able to meet all on site and other requirements under section 10 of the state regulations Benefits of the

Administrator:
