As theExecutive Directoryou're the leader of the community and it's your responsibility to manage all marketing, business, and financial functions.

You'll be instrumental in developing and implementing a business plan that is designed to achieve financial goals and maintain occupancy targets and ensures that all staff members are aligned with the company's mission, vision and values.

Executive Director:
Valid ALF/RCF State Administrator LicensePrefer Bachelor's degree in healthcare, human services, or administration in a related fieldPrefer 5+ years of administration and supervision of in assisted living or memory care communityExcellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to facilitate small-group presentationsOwnership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the dayEffective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their familiesInnovative thinker who brings new ideas to the tableAbility to build relationships with community groups that will help grow censusStrong customer service skills with ability to problem solveAbility to lead a management team and promote staff developmentThorough knowledge of state/federal regulationsWhat you can expect to do as the Executive Director for
Deerfield Village:
Direct responsibility for the financial management and regulatory compliance of the communityEnsure positive engagement of residents, family, friends, and team members by maintaining a positive, open-door atmosphereLead the Sales and Marketing team and make sure together you exceed occupancy and revenue targetsMaintain oversight of all financial monitoring tools and review reports with appropriate personnelLead approval process for all contracts for any services in the communityComply with all local/state/federal regulations and stay aware of relevant changes and updatesMaintain good relations with local/state regulatory agenciesParticipate in industry organizations to stay abreast of local/state/federal issues/trendsPromote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living$105,000 - $115,000/annually + annual discretionary bonus based on performance•Depending on
