This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of exceptional resident care, fostering a positive community environment, and maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for senior care, demonstrated leadership skills, and extensive experience managing assisted living, memory care, or nursing home facilities. Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality assisted living, memory care, and nursing services aligned with regulatory standards and best practices. Oversee daily operations including staff management, resident services, financial management, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual residents' needs, including those with dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Supervise staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development to foster a motivated and competent team. Manage budgets effectively while ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining high standards of resident satisfaction. Cultivate positive relationships with residents' families, healthcare providers, community partners, and regulatory agencies. Ensure medication administration protocols are followed accurately and safely across all departments. Lead initiatives to enhance resident engagement, safety protocols, and overall community well-being. Requirements Proven experience in senior care management within assisted living, nursing homes, or similar long-term care facilities. Extensive knowledge of Alzheimer's care, dementia care strategies, and developing personalized care plans. Demonstrated leadership with supervising teams in a healthcare or senior living environment; prior group home or retirement home experience is highly valued. Strong operational management skills including budgeting, financial acumen, and compliance oversight. Familiarity with medication administration procedures and home & community care practices. Background working with individuals with developmental disabilities or those requiring specialized memory care services is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster teamwork and build strong relationships with residents' families and healthcare providers.
