Job Description

Description Assisted Living Supervisor We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assisted Living Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents. This leadership role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors by fostering a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the assisted living facility staff
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to elder care and assisted living services
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs
  • Provide leadership, training, and support to staff members to promote a positive work environment
  • Monitor resident well-being and address any concerns or issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate documentation of resident care, staff schedules, and facility operations
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and community resources to support resident health and happiness
  • Manage facility budgets, supplies, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations
  • perform audits in all areas of the department
  • On-call Rotation Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in assisted living, elder care, or a related healthcare setting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Certification in CPR, First Aid, or elder care preferred
