Director of Enhanced Care Living Allegria Village | Dearborn, Michigan Lead a Growing Senior Living Community Where Compassion Meets Leadership Allegria Village, one of Michigan's premier senior living communities, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Enhanced Care Living to lead the daily operations of our Enhanced Care community in Dearborn. In this key leadership role, you will oversee resident services, admissions, occupancy growth, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence while ensuring an exceptional experience for residents and their families. You will collaborate with healthcare providers, community leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to create a safe, engaging, and resident-centered environment where seniors can thrive. What You'll Do Oversee the daily operations of the Enhanced Care Living community. Ensure exceptional resident care, satisfaction, and quality of life. Coordinate resident services and collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, therapy providers, pharmacies, hospice agencies, and outside vendors. Conduct tours and support admissions, move-ins, and occupancy initiatives. Build relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, physicians, case managers, and community referral sources. Coordinate resident transitions, transfers, and discharge planning. Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Support budgeting, census management, and operational performance goals. Investigate concerns and implement solutions that enhance resident and family satisfaction. Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and compassionate care. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Social Work, Gerontology, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of leadership or management experience in senior living, assisted living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related field. Experience with admissions, occupancy management, resident services, care coordination, or community operations preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
