Detroit, Michigan Job Overview At Peace Healthcare Agency is seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Care Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our home care services in Detroit, Michigan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with state regulations, managing staff, maintaining high-quality client care, and supporting the overall growth and success of the agency. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the home care agency Ensure compliance with Michigan state regulations and company policies Supervise and support caregivers, coordinators, and office staff Monitor quality assurance and client satisfaction Coordinate scheduling and staffing needs Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff training Maintain accurate client and employee records Develop and implement operational policies and procedures Handle client concerns and resolve issues professionally Collaborate with leadership to achieve company goals and growth Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred Previous experience in home care, healthcare management, or administration required Knowledge of Michigan home care regulations preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems Benefits Competitive salary Flexible schedule Paid training Supportive work environment Career growth opportunities Schedule Full-time Monday to Friday On-call availability as needed How to Apply Interested applicants may submit their resume and contact information for consideration.
