What We're Looking For:
A bachelor's degree and a current Michigan Nursing Home Administrator's license . At least 2 years of experience as an LNHA, with a strong track record of operational leadership. Deep understanding of Michigan long-term care regulations , compliance, and quality standards. Strong financial and organizational management skills. A collaborative leadership style with a passion for resident-centered care . A desire to build and lead a high-performing team in a brand-new environment.
What You'll Do:
Lead the launch and ongoing operations of a new skilled nursing facility. Build and mentor a dedicated team focused on quality care and service excellence. Develop and implement systems for compliance, safety, and performance. Foster a culture of accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement. Serve as the face of the facility to residents, families, staff, and the broader community.
