What You'll Do Oversee all aspects of facility operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Supervise nursing staff and support personnel to maintain high standards of care Ensure facility compliance at both federal and state levels, including routine inspections Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals Promote resident rights, respect, and dignity Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to optimize operational efficiency Coordinate with social workers to address residents' emotional and social needs Implement staff training programs on best practices in care techniques Foster a positive environment that encourages resident engagement and participation What You Bring Current state Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Bachelor's degree, preferred 1-3 years of experience managing a healthcare or long-term care facility Proven experience in operations management within a healthcare setting Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team development and performance management Knowledge of resident rights, care plans, and nursing home regulations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail Why Atrium Centers Be a light — for residents, families, and your team.
