Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) - Minnesota Full-Time | Benefits Eligible We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a well-established senior living campus in a charming small-community setting. Campus Overview 48-bed Skilled Nursing Facility 24-unit Assisted Living Community 30 Independent Living Apartments Short-term Rehabilitation Program Assisted Living Memory Care Positive annual survey outcome Stable and engaged leadership team Position Summary The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership and operations of the skilled nursing facility while collaborating closely with campus leadership across the continuum of care. The successful candidate will foster a culture of resident-centered care, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and financial stewardship. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Campus Support a culture focused on quality outcomes, customer service, employee engagement, and resident satisfaction Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Lead and develop department managers and interdisciplinary teams Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and census development initiatives Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, referral sources, and community partners Qualifications Current Minnesota Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required Minnesota Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) not required, but is a plus Proven leadership experience in long-term care and skilled nursing operations Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality measures, and reimbursement systems Demonstrated success in team development and operational management Why Join Us?
