West Regional Director Position Summary The West Regional Operations Associate supports the operational performance of multiple assisted living communities within a designated region. This role partners with community leadership teams to ensure regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, quality care delivery, occupancy growth, and financial performance. This position will enhance the lives of our staff, our residents and their families. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day operations across multiple assisted living communities. Assist with implementation of company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities. Analyze operational, financial, and occupancy metrics and prepare reports for leadership. Participate in community audits, inspections, and corrective action plans. Support resident satisfaction initiatives and quality improvement programs. Assist Executive Directors with staffing, onboarding, and training initiatives. Travel regularly to assigned communities within the region. Collaborate with clinical, marketing/admissions, and finance teams to achieve organizational goals. Plan and organize company representation at job fairs and community events. Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in senior living, assisted living, healthcare operations, or multi-site management support. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Knowledge of assisted living regulations and compliance standards. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems. Ability to travel up to 50-75% within the assigned region. Detroit Lakes, Park Rapids, Grand Rapids, Little Falls. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in assisted living, memory care, or senior housing. Experience with occupancy management and community performance improvement. Familiarity with state licensing and survey processes.
