Job Description

Highland Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for an Executive Director to join our growing team! Highland Senior Living is in Little Falls, Minnesota located off 3rd avenue, just down the road from Coborn's! Our facility is a combination of Assisted Living and Memory Care Units, with a total size of 65 total units. Together we provide excellent care and support for our residents to Age Magnificently , check us out and join our team today!
Shifts Available:
Full Time Monday
  • Friday, MOD Wage:
    $80,000
  • 120,000 annually, depending on experience.

Our Executive Directors becomes family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position, you will lead and direct the overall operations of the facility in accordance with customer needs, government regulations, and company policy and procedure, with the focus of maintaining excellent care for the residents/tenants while achieving the facility's business objectives.
Duties include:
Monitors each department's activities, communicates policies, evaluates performance, provides feedback, assists, and observes coaches and disciplines as needed. Develops an environment that allows for creative thinking, problem solving, and empowerment in the development of the facility management team. Oversees and conducts regular rounds to monitor delivery of nursing care, operation of support departments, cleanliness and appearance of the facility, morale of the staff, and ensures resident needs are being addressed. Monitor Human Resources to ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and to ensure practices that maintain high morale and staff retention including effective communication, prompt problem resolution, and a promoting a proactive work environment. Develops positive relationships on behalf of the Company with government regulators, residents, families, area healthcare providers, physicians, and the community at large. Manage facility budgets and business practices to include labor costs, payables, and receivables. Ensure a marketing strategy for the facility is developed and implemented that reflects service opportunities, completion, potential market area changes, and maximizes census, payer mix, and ancillary revenues.
Qualifications:
Licensed as Assisted Living Director in the state of operation. Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Gerontology, Business, or related field. Experience in marketing, sales, and/or advertising. Passion and experience in working with memory care. Minimum of two years management or supervisory experience in long-term care or acute care.
