Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) to lead daily operations for a growing assisted living community in the St. Paul area. This leadership role is ideal for someone who is passionate about resident care, team development, operational excellence, and creating a positive community culture. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the assisted living community Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations Lead, mentor, and support clinical and non-clinical staff Maintain high standards of resident care and satisfaction Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and occupancy goals Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners Support quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness Collaborate with leadership teams to drive operational success Qualifications Active Minnesota Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) license required Previous leadership experience in assisted living, senior living, or long-term care preferred Strong knowledge of state regulations and compliance standards Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to build strong teams and maintain a resident-focused culture Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or related field preferred What We Offer Competitive salary and bonus opportunities Comprehensive benefits package PTO and paid holidays Supportive leadership environment Opportunity for growth and advancement Meaningful work making a difference in residents' lives every day If you are a dedicated leader looking for an opportunity to positively impact a senior living community in the St. Paul area, we would love to connect with you.
