Full Job Description Position Summary:

Lakehouse Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing community. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and overall operational excellence. The Lead Administrator will work closely with and report directly to the Senior Director of Operations , who offices onsite at the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing and rehabilitation center to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to department heads and interdisciplinary teams. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities. Monitor operational performance, quality outcomes, and resident satisfaction. Collaborate with the Senior Director of Operations on strategic initiatives, staffing, and operational improvements. Support staff development, retention, and a positive workplace culture. Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners.

Qualifications:

Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the applicable state. Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred. Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and compliance requirements. Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and drive quality outcomes. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
