$115,000- 136,000 annually (based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to step into a key leadership role within our mission-driven organization—one that puts people first, both residents and employees. This position provides oversight of both our Nursing Home (West Wind Village) and Assisted Living (Skyview), located in Morris, MN. In this role, you will lead and mentor staff, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality care across both settings.
