Job Description

We are looking to hire a Housing Manager for our 24 unit Dementia and Comfort Care facility in Red Wing. This position will require the applicant to have their LALD or be able to secure it within one year. Elysian will help with the process of getting your LALD. Overview Join our dedicated team as a Housing Manager, where you will lead the management and operation of residential care facility specializing in Dementia and Comfort Care environments. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents by ensuring high-quality care, fostering a supportive community, and maintaining efficient facility operations. As a Housing Manager, you will oversee staff supervision, coordinate move ins, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, all while promoting a warm and welcoming environment for residents and their families. Duties Oversee daily operations of the residential facility, ensuring smooth coordination of services and adherence to quality standards. Supervise and support staff including caregivers, nurses, and administrative personnel to deliver exceptional resident care. Oversee scheduling, hiring and management of all staff. Manage budgets, control expenses, and oversee financial planning to ensure sustainable facility operations. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to assisted living care regulations. Complete all marketing outreach and coordinate all aspects of the move in process. Foster positive relationships with residents' families and community partners to enhance resident well-being and satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in senior care settings such as retirement homes, nursing homes, assisted living or memory care. Strong leadership skills with demonstrated supervisory experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Extensive knowledge of care plans development for residents with dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Familiarity with healthcare regulations governing long-term care facilities and home & community care services. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage budgets, staffing schedules, and operational workflows efficiently.
