Executive Director - Multi-site

Job Overview We are seeking an Executive Director - Multi-site to lead our Amira Choice communities in Roseville and Lexington, overseeing operations at Amira Choice Roseville (81 apartments offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, and Enhanced Care) and Amira Choice Lexington (115 apartments offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, and Enhanced Care). This position is responsible for managing and supervising the financial, programmatic, operational, marketing, and all other business functions of multiple Assisted Living communities. This position is ultimately responsible for 24/7 oversight of community operations in all assigned communities.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree:

List - or Senior Housing , Business or related 1 year One to Three Years MS Office Licensed Assisted Living Dir Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) or Licensed Health Services Executive (LHSE) by BELTSS Board Meets requirements for Assisted Living Director - In Residence (ALD-IR) by obtaining a permit form BELTSS as an ALD-IR within 30-days of hire date and have experience in the management of an AL or related facility or must be enrolled in a BELTSS approved program within six (6) months of permit issuance (Refer to MN Rule 6400.7080B). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
