Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

Oversee all day-to-day operations , ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant building performance. 6790 &

Financial Oversight:

Manage and complete 6790 rate sheets , ensuring accurate service levels, billing alignment, and reimbursement optimization.

Staffing & Scheduling:

Develop and maintain effective staffing models , manage scheduling, and ensure appropriate coverage at all times.

New Hire Orientation:

Lead onboarding and orientation , setting new team members up for success from day one.

Census Growth:

Monitor and drive occupancy , partnering on strategies to increase referrals and move-ins.

Sales & Tours:

Roll out the red carpet for tours, deliver exceptional first impressions, and convert prospects into residents.

Team Leadership:

Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team , holding staff accountable while fostering a positive culture.

Compliance & Surveys:

Maintain readiness for state surveys and ensure adherence to all assisted living regulations .

Building Operations:

Oversee the physical plant, vendor relationships, and overall environment of the community.

Budget Management:

Own and manage the community budget , balancing financial performance with quality care.

On-Call Leadership:

Participate in on-call rotation , providing support for staff, residents, and families as needed.

Qualifications:

Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) required. Background in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred. Strong understanding of assisted living regulations and compliance requirements . Proven ability to lead operations, staffing, and team development . Experience with census growth, tours, and relationship-building preferred. Highly organized with strong computer and documentation skills . A hands-on, accountable leadership style with a passion for senior care.
