About the
Role:
We are seeking a highly qualified Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our facility. As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care and that our facility is in compliance with all state and federal regulations. You will work closely with our nursing staff, medical professionals, and administrative team to ensure that our facility runs smoothly and efficiently.Minimum Qualifications:
Current Nursing Home Administrator license. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in healthcare administration or related field. Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to nursing homes and long-term care facilities. Experience managing a large staff.Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, including managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the nursing home is providing the highest quality of care to residents. Manage the budget and financial operations of the nursing home, including billing, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable. Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure that residents receive appropriate medical care and treatment. Maintain open communication with residents and their families to ensure that their needs and concerns are being addressed.Skills:
As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will use your strong leadership and management skills to oversee the daily operations of our facility. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with our nursing staff, medical professionals, and administrative team. Your knowledge of state and federal regulations related to nursing homes and long-term care facilities will be essential in ensuring that our facility is in compliance. Additionally, your experience in managing a large staff will be critical in ensuring that our facility runs smoothly and efficiently.
