Job Description

Ellisville Rehab & Nursing is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing facility. We are looking for a strong leader who understands census growth, regulatory compliance, team development, customer service, and overall facility performance.
Compensation Base Salary:
$130,000 - $160,000 Bonus Potential Available Competitive benefits package Growth opportunities within a growing organization Requirements Current LNHA license in Missouri (or ability to obtain reciprocity) Minimum 3-5 years of Nursing Home Administrator experience Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations Proven leadership, operational, and financial management skills Experience with survey readiness, census development, and team building preferred Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day facility operations Lead department heads and develop a culture of accountability Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations Drive census growth and overall facility performance Ensure high-quality resident care and customer satisfaction Manage budgets, labor, and financial performance Maintain survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and referral sources Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is hands-on, driven, and knows how to lead from the front.
