The Administrator is responsible for overseeing the overall operation, financial performance, regulatory compliance, clinical support, employee engagement, and resident satisfaction of the facility. This facility is a high behavioral/ mental health home and requires experience with psychiatric population/ environment. This role requires a strong leader who is passionate about quality care, team development, regulatory excellence, and creating a positive environment for residents, families and staff. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day operational leadership for the facility Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Support and collaborate with clinical leadership to drive quality outcomes Lead employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives Manage financial performance, budgeting, and census development Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and referral sources Oversee survey preparedness and pllan of correction implementation Promote a safe, respectful, and service oriented environment Qualifications Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the State of Missouri 3-5 years of previous long-term care administrator experience preferred Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and skilled nursing operations Proven leadership and team-building skills Experience with budgeting, labor management, and operational oversight Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Commitment to resident centered care and regulatory excellence What We Offer Competitive salary Bonus opportunity Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Paid time off Apply Today If you are a dedicated leader looking to make a meanigful impact in long-term care, we encourage you to apply!
