Job Description
A nursing home in Lawerence County, MO is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead their team of highly skilled professionals. The successful candidate will be expected to run the day-to-day operations of the facility in accordance with all federal, state, and local standards, and ensure that top notch quality care is always provided to our residents. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively and proactively with regional leadership. The LNHA will be responsible for building census and continuing our tradition of providing excellent customer service while maintaining high employee morale, support, and excellent survey outcomes.
