Job Overview We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the daily operations of Eastview Manor Care Center in Trenton, MO . The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in senior care, nursing home management, and operations, demonstrating strong leadership and financial acumen. This role offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional assisted living and memory care services with dignity and compassion. Duties Manage all aspects of facility operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations related to long-term care, assisted living, and dementia care. Lead and supervise staff across departments, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional development, and high-quality resident care. Develop, implement, and monitor care plans tailored to residents' individual needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia-specific memory care programs. Oversee budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency while ensuring quality standards are met. Ensure medication administration protocols are followed accurately and safely by trained staff members. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and community partners to enhance resident well-being and satisfaction. Maintain a thorough understanding of home & community care practices, integrating them into daily operations for comprehensive resident support. Uphold safety standards by ensuring proper training in medication management, emergency procedures, and infection control. Qualifications Valid Missouri licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator with proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities. Extensive background in senior care settings such as retirement homes or group homes, with familiarity in assisted living environments. Demonstrated supervisory skills with a track record of leading multidisciplinary teams effectively. Strong knowledge of dementia care practices, Alzheimer's care strategies, and developing personalized care plans. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, resource management, and operational oversight. Working knowledge of medication administration protocols within a healthcare setting. Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or home & community care is highly desirable. Pay:
$110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
