Job Description

Job Description Insight Global Nursing Home Client leading provider of senior care services, dedicated to enhancing the lives of aging adults through high-quality, person-centered care. Their model promotes a more residential, community-focused environment, where each cottage functions with its own private rooms, kitchen, dining space, and shared living areas. The Administrator (NHA) is the senior operational leader responsible for overseeing all clinical, financial, and operational functions across the cottage campus. This individual will lead a team of 100+ staff across multiple departments while ensuring compliance with state, federal, and local regulations. This is a high-impact, turnaround leadership role focused on stabilizing operations, improving culture, and driving accountability across the facility. The Administrator will be expected to take a highly visible, hands-on leadership approach, operating without a traditional office environment and instead remaining embedded in day-to-day operations across all buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide overall leadership and direction for all operational, clinical, and financial functions of the facility
  • Drive improvements in staff retention, engagement, and accountability in a high-turnover environment
  • Ensure full compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and state/federal nursing home regulations
  • Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and census growth initiatives
  • Build and lead a high-performing leadership team, including: ○ Director of Nursing ○ Maintenance leadership ○ Social services ○ Activities ○ Scheduling and central supply teams
  • Establish strong communication rhythms and leadership visibility across all cottages
  • Lead quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and operational standards
  • Support admissions, resident transitions, and referral development to maintain occupancy goals

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in skilled nursing, post-acute, or healthcare administration
  • Proven experience as an NHA or in a senior leadership role within a nursing facility
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, Social Work, or related field required
Certifications:
  • Active (or transferable) Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license required
