Job Description

Join our Team! Merrimack County Nursing Home works hard to offer a warm, caring, home-like environment. We treat everyone like family here at MCNH, from our residents to our employees. We thoroughly enjoy being a part of the Long Term Care community. Our mission here is clear; we "Promote Excellence" at Merrimack County Nursing Home. The Volunteer Coordinator solicits and manages material and volunteer resources which enhance the quality of life of the residents of the Merrimack County Nursing Home.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree preferred, with major coursework in Social Services, Education, Recreation, Public Relations, or related field.
EXPERIENCE
Two years experience with recreational activities or volunteer services, or any combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Valid NH Drivers License A drug screen & criminal background check will be required of all conditional hires.
