The Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and operation of the facility. This includes ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining high standards of care, managing staff, and overseeing financial performance.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring quality care and compliance with all state and federal regulations Lead, mentor, and support department heads and staff Foster a positive, resident-centered culture throughout the organization Manage budgets, financial performance, and census development Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community Ensure survey readiness and successful outcomesRequirements:
