What You'll Do:
Organize, direct, plan, and evaluate quality of personal care services in assisted living setting Oversee medication management and CMA delegation in compliance with state guidelines Coordinate resident care needs, including assessments, service plans, and care team communication Lead hiring, scheduling, and development of Assisted Living staff in partnership with leadership Investigate and review resident and staff incident reports implement timely corrective actions to support quality care Promote and maintain a safe, compliant environment for residents and staff Oversee purchasing and inventory of supplies, equipment, and medications Maintain compliance of applicable state laws and regulations Promote collaboration, communication, and teamwork across departments
What You'll Need:
Current and active New Jersey RN license Possess Assisted Living certification or eligible to complete and pass next available course Current Department of Health-approved Community trainer/instructor course for medication administration, or to be completed within 6 months of hire 4+ years of nursing experience required; supervisory/leadership experience preferred Previous knowledge and experience with electronic medical records Benefits Available to
