Now Hiring- Nursing Home Administrator
- Whippany, NJ Salary Range
- $120,000
- $170,000 per year The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the day to day coordination and oversight of the Center in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern long term care facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to the patients and residents at all times.
EBITDARM, Pharmacy Exclusion, Workers Compensation Lost Run, Payroll Analysis, Accounts Receivable/payable, ADP/Smartlinx, Marketing Position Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration or a health related field Must have a minimum of five years' experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or long term care facility. Must possess a current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator's license or meet the reciprocity licensure requirements in the employed State. Must possess the ability to make independent decisions. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public. Must be knowledgeable of reimbursement regulations and nursing policies and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long term/subacute care administration. Must possess the ability to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel. Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures set forth by the facility/company that are necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound operation and Culture of ExcellenceSimilar jobs in Hanover, NJ
