The Nursing Home Administrator's Assistant plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of our assisted living facility. This position involves a combination of administrative functions and direct support to clinical staff, ensuring that all residents receive the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily administrative tasks to support clinical operations. Communicates between residents, families and healthcare providers. Support clinical team by performing audits; Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining the highest standards of resident care. Greet and assist visitors, answering any inquiries and providing information as needed. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to care plan discussions. Assist with resident care tasks as needed, including support with activities of daily living.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate and patient-focused approach to resident care.
