What You'll Do As a Executive Director, Resident Experience at El Castillo, you'll play a key role for the overall operational oversight, seamless integration, and service delivery of housekeeping, front desk, transportation, salon/spa, resident programs, activities and fitness across both El Castillo communities. Responsibilities include, however are not limited to: Housekeeping:
Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, through the Housekeeping Manager, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, regulatory compliance and aesthetic appeal throughout the community, including resident apartments, common areas, and administrative offices. Address resident and staff concerns regarding housekeeping services in a timely and professional manner. Resident Activities, Events, Fitness Activities:
Oversee the Manager, Resident Experience Actively lead initiatives to support wellness and active aging Assure resident interests and requests are incorporated into planning Assist in integrating technology and improved communication into the resident experience Elicit resident feedback on a regular basis (surveys) and lead programmatic improvements based on feedback Front Desk, Concierge and Transportation:
Oversee Manager, Front Desk Operations Works with Manager to assure appropriate coverage for front desk and transportation needs and setting high levels of resident service Partners with Director, Facilities to oversee day to day operations of the contracted security team General Leadership & Management:
Coach and mentor Managers with a focus on operational excellence and exceeding resident expectations Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all departments. Fosters a culture of high visibility and resident responsiveness across the communities Develop, train and set consistent service standards for all resident facing departments across both communities Oversee, implement and manage the annual resident survey including follow-up listening sessions and action plans Develop, track and share key performance indicators (KPI's) related to resident survey areas for improvement Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and cost-effectiveness. Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures in alignment with El Castillo's overall policies. Oversee contracted services of salon/spa. Integrate services into the wellness initiatives of the community Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Foster a positive and collaborative environment for community team members, residents and families. Maintain open and effective communication with the Chief Executive Officer, department heads, residents, and staff. Participate in leadership meetings as assigned Address resident and staff concerns promptly and effectively. Other duties as assigned What We Offer Robust Benefits Package:

Bilingual in Spanish and English Preferred 7 years of management experience. 3-5 years experience overseeing multiple departments Experience and or knowledge of the 7 dimensions of wellness.
