Residential Care/Assisted Living Administrator Full Job Description :
We are looking for a licensed Executive Director to join our team! If you have a passion for people and a savvy business acumen, this is the place for you. What you'll be doing: As our Executive Director, you will provide overall leadership and direction for our community. You will have full oversight and responsibility for meeting financial expectations, maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring a quality customer-oriented workforce. You will be genuinely interacting with our residents, families, associates, and visitors in a professional and caring manner. What you'll bring to the table: Current Administrator's license (based on state requirement) Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience Previous operations experience specific to retirement housing with assisted living, long- term care or related fields and experience operating and maintaining a quality, customer-oriented workforce Strong human relations skills and experience with the ability to communicate with diverse levels of employees Possess a valid and current driver's license May be required to hold valid First Aid Certification Must be willing to travel including air travel What's in it for you: We believe in taking care of our associates, just like they take care of our residents.
